NS= National Service= Compulsory Consription
It’s every Singaporean male’s rite of passage from boyhood to manhood.
Being part of an army does that to you, funnily enough.
Teenage boys and jittery parents can now get an online orientation into what NS is all about at a new website presented by The Ministry of Defence (Singapore).
The site abounds with interactive games, videos, animation and nuggets of useful information every pre-enlistee should know.
Wish I had this during my time.
All i had were paper pamphlets and a book which I was too lazy to read.
Times are a’changing.

Hmm…what question am i answering..?
I would have to say it’s answering whether or not public relations has been useful in the wake of a financial scandal that has engulfed the Singapore charity scene. It’s a case study.
